Where do we manufacture our products?
Our products are manufactured in Cairo, Egypt from only the best local manufacturers to ensure the highest quality.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of placing an order. 
It should take anywhere between 2-3 business days for domestic orders to be received once an order confirmation email has been received.
It should take between 3-7 business days for International orders to be received once an order confirmation email has been received. 

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we offer International Shipping to almost all countries across the globe through DHL Express & UPS Express with Online Tracking.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I Check out in a different currency?
Although the contents of your cart may appear in your own currency(USD, CAD, GBP, EU, AUD, AED), when it comes time to checkout you will be asked to pay in our store’s local currency: Egyptian Pounds at the nearest currency exchange equivalent. Please note that your own bank or credit card may or may not charge you a premium on the transaction exchange rate.

International Customs and Duties?
For international deliveries, custom fees and any other duty taxes may or may not apply depending on your own country’s customs regulations. These potential additional fees are not included in the price as shown on our website. If applicable, these fees will need to be paid by the customer upon receiving the products and are not the responsibility of WhoMadeWho

How can I know which size will fit me?
Please check our detailed Size Guide to know the exact measurements. If you are stuck in between two waist size measurements, we suggest opting for the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Returns and Exchanges?
For domestic orders we allow for returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the item hasn’t been used and still has the original tags/packaging attached. A return/exchange fee will be applied. International orders are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges at this given time.
