Return Policy
For domestic orders (In Egypt) we allow for refunds or exchanges for another size or print within 14 days of receiving your order. There is a 50 EGP fee to be paid on delivery for any refunds or exchanges.
Items on sale can only be exchanged, and are not eligible for refunds.
However, If you do not wish to exchange we can issue store credit with a 6 month validity.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any international orders (Outside of Egypt) unless in the rare case that the item received is faulty or defective.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods to us.

2. The Item you would like to exchange or return
3. The new item/size you would like to receive instead
